Return & Refund Policy

At Sarvyagya, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that each product delivered to you is of the highest quality, safely packed, and reaches you in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is expired or missing items from the order
Note: Due to the nature of incense, dhoop, camphor, and air fresheners being consumable and fragrance-based products, we do not accept returns for opened or used products unless there is a quality issue.

Return Window
• You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at customercare@sarvyagya.in
 o Order number
 o Product name(s)
 o Clear photo or video of the issue
2. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 working hours.

Return Process
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever possible.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
• If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we may ask you to courier the item to our warehouse.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• If you paid via COD, we will initiate a refund via UPI or bank transfer after verifying account details.
• Refunds are applicable only for eligible returned items. Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products returned after 7-day window
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Important Notes
• Sarvyagya reserves the right to reject a return/refund if the returned product does not meet our quality standards.
• We do not offer refunds for “fragrance preference” issues, as scent perception varies from person to person.
