Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sarvyagya, we are committed to delivering your favorite incense sticks, dhoopbatti, camphor tablets, and air fresheners safely, quickly, and efficiently to your doorstep across India.

Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you immediately upon order placement and offer alternatives where possible.

Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving the order.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
• Remote Locations: 5–9 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
• For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply (depending on location & order weight)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional convenience fee

Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
• You can also track your order status anytime from the “My Orders” section on our website.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within promised timelines, certain delays may occur due to:
• Natural calamities
• Logistics partner issues
• Remote or containment zones
We’ll notify you immediately if your order is affected and ensure timely resolution.

Undelivered or Returned Orders
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:
• The order will be returned to our warehouse
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of two-way shipping charges

To avoid this, kindly ensure your shipping details are accurate and someone is available to receive the order.
